It is definitely overly mature for a ready-to-read style of book. This story is about the unusual relationship that developed between a bear in a zoo and a little cat that slipped through the bars of his cage to share his world. This is a very interesting story and I know all horse racing fans will love it. For any 4th grade teacher out there looking for a great book, this is it.
